Information we collect
When you contact OSAM, we may collect your name, company, job title, work email, telephone number, service locations, campaign details and message. Basic technical information may also be processed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand service requirements, prepare proposals, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and optional measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads are blocked until you allow the relevant cookie category. Analytics and Marketing are separate choices, both off by default. You can withdraw consent through Cookie Settings in any footer. Withdrawing optional tracking consent does not prevent us from answering a request you chose to send.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, email delivery and form-processing providers may handle information needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Google processes optional analytics or advertising information only after the relevant website permission. Providers may process data outside Malaysia. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other linked services have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business records. OSAM applies reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, although no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Cookie retention is explained in our Cookie Policy.
Your choices
You may contact OSAM to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may contact us by telephone or WhatsApp instead of using the form. Withdrawing cookie consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically erase data already collected.
